Job summary

Kong’s Konnect requires a Product Manager for Billing to own the commercial operating layer, including entitlements, metering, checkout, invoicing, provisioning, and enterprise/marketplace billing flows.

You will partner with Growth, Pricing & Packaging, Finance, GTM, Sales, and Engineering to transform the billing stack and enable scalable revenue. The role centers on driving pricing, packaging, and API-driven billing experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
• Minimum 2+ years in billing, monetization, or pricing domains.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, GTM, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own Konnect's commercial operating layer for billing and invoicing.
• Define entitlement, metering, checkout, provisioning, and enterprise billing workflows.
• Lead pricing and packaging decisions and translate into production.
• Align with Sales, Finance, GTM and Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Help drive architecture of the billing stack with engineering partners.
