Job summary

Kong Inc. is hiring a Product Manager, Billing to own the Konnect commercial operating layer. You will design entitlements, metering, checkout, invoicing, provisioning, and enterprise billing workflows in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Engineering.

You will lead multi-year transformations to turn manual processes into scalable product capabilities that enable faster selling, accurate billing, and an improved customer experience across the Konnect platform.

Responsibilities

• Platform Vision: Set a multi-year direction for how Konnect prices, meters, entitles, and invoices.
• Unified Entitlements: Build the entitlements model that determines what every customer can access within Konnect.
• Pricing Packaging Delivery: Act as the product and systems counterpart to Monetization.
• Metering Usage Visibility: Run the event pipeline, aggregation layer, and reporting experiences that show customers what they consumed and what they are being charged.
• Checkout Subscription Lifecycle: Own how customers self‑serve onto a plan, change pla
