Job summary

DocuSign is hiring a Lead Product Designer for the Admin team, shaping the experience for admins configuring and governing Docusign at scale. You will craft elegant, user-centered web applications for millions of users worldwide, collaborating with PM, Eng, UX Research, Content Design, and other design teams.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Experience Design and own complex Admin workflows, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered capabilities and trust in enterprise software.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years designing enterprise, consumer, or mobile UX for large-scale web services.
• 2+ years coaching and mentoring junior designers in usability.
• 2+ years experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch).
• Portfolio showing product design strategy, interaction, visual design, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define the experience direction for Docusign Admin and translate vision into scalable product experiences.
• Own design strategy for complex Admin workflows from concepts to shipped experiences.
• Design AI-powered admin experiences across the Docusign platform.
• Apply trust, transparency, explainability, and user control in enterprise AI design.
• Use AI tools in the design process to accelerate exploration while ensuring craft.
• Simplify complex enterprise admin, configuration, permissions, governance, and management workflows.
