Job summary

Profound is hiring a Product Manager for the Core Product team in NYC. You’ll own end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery for AI-powered analytics and agent platforms used by marketing teams and enterprises.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement to craft compelling customer stories, measure impact, and iterate quickly in a fast-growing startup environment. This on-site role offers a competitive compensation package and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company.
• Domain expertise in AI agent systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering; marketing analytics, data products, or BI tools; or ads, ecommerce, retail, agency workflows, or self-serve B2B SaaS.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, create clarity, and push teams to ship product and drive impact.
• Strong product fundamentals with a spike in one or more of data, AI/ML systems, development, design, or enterprise go-to-market.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team execute, whether that means creating prototypes, writing SQL, evaluating model outputs, building dashboards, creating content, or responding to support tickets.
• Experience as a founder, working at an early-stage startup, or launching zero-to-one products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Craft the strategy and drive execution for core product areas: Answer Engine Insights, Agent Analytics, and Prompt Volumes, or related platforms and vertical solutions.
• Define how customers measure and improve brand performance across AI-powered engines and workflows.
• Expedite execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing by creating clarity and managing scope.
• Optimize the team for velocity and quality.
• Be in front of customers daily for discovery, feedback, and selling.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement to tell compelling stories to prospects and customers
