Profound is the marketing platform for the age of AI search. Product managers here are true product owners, responsible for discovery, execution, and delivery end to end. This is a chance to build at the frontier of AI and marketing and make an impact that bends the trajectory of the company.

Profound Agents research, write, and publish content on behalf of marketing teams. We are building an AI-native content management system from the ground up, and this PM will define and own it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software products.
• Deep understanding of content workflows: create, review, approve, publish at scale.
• Strong product fundamentals; ability to go from zero to one on a new surface.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and push for shipping.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves to help with specs, customer calls, or production issues.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for Profound's AI-native CMS.
• Own content creation, staging, review, and publishing workflow.
• Work with customers to translate workflows into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship CMS that sets a new bar for AI-native tooling.
• Be in front of customers daily to do discovery, collect feedback, and validate building.
