Job summary

Profound, an on-site Union Square NYC-based AI marketing platform, is hiring a full-time product marketing professional. You will own product knowledge, internal narratives, and messaging that support onboarding, renewal, and expansion, working closely with Customer Success and Sales to help customers realize value.

You’ll build enablement content, manage launches, and lifecycle marketing, and help plan go-to-market for new features.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in product marketing, customer marketing, product enablement, or a closely related field at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience serving or working alongside Customer Success, account management, or a post-sale motion (adoption, retention, expansion).
• You've created enablement, launch, or customer-facing content yourself.

Responsibilities

• Be the internal expert on Profound's product: features, roadmap, use cases, and technical underpinnings.
• Translate what we build into clear positioning and messaging across the customer lifecycle.
• Own the story of what's new and why it matters for existing customers, not just prospects.
• Build enablement materials for CSMs: onboarding, product deep-dives, launch training.
