Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform trusted by 15% of the Fortune 500, is hiring a Member of Technical Staff, Product, Core Product in New York, NY. This on-site role offers ownership of strategy and execution at the frontier of AI and marketing.

You’ll drive strategy, work with engineering, design, data, and marketing, and engage with customers daily to shape the product. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Applications close December 9, 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building excellent software products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company.
• Domain expertise in one or more of: AI agent systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering; marketing analytics, data products, or BI tools; or ads, ecommerce, retail, agency workflows, or self-serve B2B SaaS.
• Strong product fundamentals with a spike in data, AI/ML systems, development, design, or enterprise go-to-market.
• Hands-on mentality: willing to roll up your sleeves to create prototypes, write SQL, evaluate model outputs, build dashboards, create content, or respond to support tickets.
• Offensive mindset: you create and run toward opportunities, inject energy into teams, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity to ship product and drive impact.
• Founder experience - as a founder, at an early-stage startup, or launching zero-to-one products - is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day will involve driving strategy, expediting execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing, and optimizing your team for velocity and quality.
• You'll be in front of customers daily for discovery and feedback, while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement teams to tell compelling stories to prospects and customers.
