Job summary

Assembled seeks a Senior Product Manager to own scheduling and forecasting within our Workforce Management product, partnering with support ops leaders at leading brands to translate problems into roadmap commitments.

You will drive end-to-end scheduling, adapt forecasts, and apply AI to automate decisions. This role also emphasizes building for enterprise complexity and mentoring junior PMs in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical and technical product skills.
• Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup where business needs and teams evolve quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong discovery and communication skills to work directly with senior stakeholders as a representative of the company.
• Bias to action and an innate sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with prospects and customers to discover needs and co-build solutions.
• Owning scheduling and forecasting end-to-end for the product.
• Applying AI to make high-stakes decisions faster and smarter.
• Building for enterprise complexity across multi-site operations.
• Leading and mentoring junior PMs to raise the bar on product thinking and ways of working.
