Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for the Workforce Management platform and roadmap.
• Coach and mentor PMs to drive outcomes, not just output.
• Own scheduling and planning tools, influencing agent experience and operations.
• Translate security and technical needs for vendors and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and data pipelines.
• Balance immediate leadership demands with long-term platform health and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Data and Tech teams for scalable workforce data.
• Translate business goals into actionable technical plans for senior leaders.
