Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and deliver the future of Dynamic Workforce Operations within the Pro Workforce Management product suite. This individual contributor role will own key product areas to optimize labor, identify opportunities, and recommend actions as business conditions change.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive product management in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with workforce management or related domain.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise SaaS products from discovery through launch.
• Strong product management skills: discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements, agile delivery, outcomes.
• Translate complex operational problems into clear product requirements for SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical skills using data, research, usage insights, and business cases.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and practical AI-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and influence skills across technical, business, and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations in the Pro Workforce Management suite.
• Lead customer and market discovery and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
• Serve as a domain leader in workforce operations and labor management.
• Define and deliver product solutions with requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, services, sales, and leadership.
• Use data to measure adoption, engagement, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Advance AI/ML experiences that identify issues, deliver recommendations, and automate actions.
