Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to own the end-to-end Workforce Management product suite within Card Servicing.

You’ll lead the PM team, shaping forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time operations to improve agent experiences and customer outcomes. This hands-on leadership role balances long-term strategy with practical engineering tradeoffs, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration across data and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience (or advanced degree) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Workforce Management.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers toward measurable outcomes.
• Own scheduling and planning tools affecting agent experience and ops.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on roadmaps.
• Partner with Tech Leads on architecture and data pipelines.
• Balance short-term needs with platform health and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across data and tech teams.
• Communicate outcomes and translate goals to technical plans.
