Job summary

Assembled in New York City and San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager to own scheduling and forecasting for its Workforce Management product. You will partner closely with support operations, sales and customers to understand needs, define the vision, and translate problems into tangible features that improve capacity planning and service levels.

This senior role requires leading and mentoring junior PMs, shaping roadmaps, and delivering high‑impact work across multi‑site, 24/7 operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience partnering with support teams, sales, and customers.
• Ability to translate customer problems into a clear product roadmap and features.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with prospects and customers; join calls with support ops leaders at top brands.
• Own scheduling and forecasting end-to-end; define vision, drive roadmap, ship impactful work.
• Apply AI to improve decision making; turn reactive planning into proactive optimization.
• Build for multi-site, 24/7 operations, handling SLAs, channel mix, and BPO relationships.
• Lead and mentor junior PMs to raise product thinking and teamwork.
