Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and deliver the future of Dynamic Workforce Operations within Pro Workforce Management. This individual contributor role owns key product areas, identifying labor issues, prioritizing opportunities, and recommending actions as conditions change.

You will collaborate with customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy, define solutions, and drive measurable outcomes across enterprise SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive product management in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in workforce management, workforce optimization, or workforce operations.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products from discovery to launch.
• Strong product management skills: discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements, agile delivery, outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations.
• Synthesize customer research, usage data, and feedback into clear problem statements and measurable outcomes.
• Lead domain leadership in workforce operations and labor management concepts.
• Translate strategy and insights into requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, services, and sales.
• Use data to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Advance AI/ML-enabled experiences to identify issues and automate actions.
