Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS.
• Experience with workforce management, optimization, or operations.
• Strong product management skills: discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements, agile delivery, outcome measurement.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear SaaS requirements.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Dynamic Workforce Operations areas.
• Lead customer and market discovery and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
• Define and deliver solutions with requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, services, and sales.
• Use data to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Advance AI/ML enabled experiences and proactive workforce recommendations.
