Job summary

Assembled is seeking a Product Manager to own scheduling and forecasting for its Workforce Management product. You will partner with support ops leaders at top brands to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery, including AI-driven enhancements to forecast accuracy and scheduling efficiency.

You will operate in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, collaborating across GTM, sales, and CS to align product initiatives with customer needs and business goals, while mentoring junior PMs and driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical and technical product skills.
• Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup where business needs evolve quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with discovery and direct stakeholder collaboration.
• Bias to action with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and forecasting end-to-end for the WFM product line.
• Work with support ops to understand capacity planning and real-time adjustments.
• Define vision, drive the roadmap, and deliver measurable product impact.
• Apply AI to make planning faster, smarter, and more automated.
• Build for enterprise complexity across multi-site, multi-channel operations.
• Lead and mentor junior PMs to raise the bar on product thinking.
