Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager to own the end-to-end Workforce Management product suite and lead the PM team behind it. You will oversee forecasting, capacity planning, schedule generation, and real-time operations for Card Servicing.

This hands-on leadership role balances long-range strategy with technical tradeoffs, vendor management, and cross-functional influence across data and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, security, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for Workforce Management platform.
• Coach and mentor PMs to achieve outcomes, not just output.
• Own core scheduling and planning tools influencing agent experience and ops efficiency.
• Translate security needs and vendor roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and data pipelines.
• Balance immediate leadership needs with long-term platform health and dependencies.
• Work across Enterprise Data and Tech teams to integrate workforce data.
