Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related area, or Bachelor's with 4+ years PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the Workforce Management platform.
• Coach and mentor PMs, driving measurable outcomes.
• Own scheduling and planning tools affecting agent experience and operational efficiency.
• Translate technical/vendor needs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and data pipelines.
• Balance short-term priorities with long-term platform health and dependencies.
• Work with Enterprise Data/Tech to scale workforce data across the company.
• Translate platform constraints into actionable business terms for executives.
