Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for Workforce Management Tools in Chicago. You will own end-to-end WFM product suite and lead the PM team behind forecasting, capacity planning, schedule generation, and real-time operations.

This hands-on leadership role balances long-term strategy with engineering insight, guiding tradeoffs with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions across Card Servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear product vision and long-term roadmap for Workforce Management.
• Coach and mentor a team of Product Managers toward measurable outcomes.
• Own scheduling and planning tools impacting agent experience and operations.
• Translate security and technical needs for external vendors while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Tech Leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and data pipelines.
• Balance immediate leadership demands with long-term platform health and dependencies.
• Work across Enterprise Data and Tech to ensure scalable workforce data integration.
