Capgemini Invent is seeking a Product Manager to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver robust physical and digital products for clients. You will balance vision, data, design, and execution, both as an individual contributor and as a thought partner across a global practice.

In this role you lead client conversations, guide product decisions, apply AI/GenAI capabilities, and contribute to business development through proposals. Capgemini offers a comprehensive benefits package in the U.S.

Qualificações

• You have a track record of running the product management function on real engagements.
• You can think commercially, strategically, and creatively with data-driven insights.
• You have experience writing technical requirements (user stories, epics, MVP scope).
• You can present and tell stories to client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools in product management is required.

Responsabilidades

• Shape product strategy and vision with clients and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Drive lifecycle execution from ideation to delivery balancing feasibility and impact.
• Apply best practices in strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and Agile methods.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity with hypothesis-driven problem solving using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Advocate for customers using research and market data to drive decisions.
• Coach and upskill junior team members in product thinking and practices.
• Support business development through proposals and pitches.
• Apply AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance research, prototyping, and roadmap analysis.
