Capgemini Invent seeks a frog Product Manager to lead strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products. You will balance vision, data, design, and execution to create compelling offerings for clients and partners.

You will articulate meaningful perspectives, guide client choices, and collaborate with diverse teams, including business stakeholders, designers, and engineers, while contributing to business development and AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional product management experience.
• Strong strategic, concepting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience in technical requirements writing (user stories, epics, MVP scope).
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities to client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the product management lead for a workstream.
• Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods.
• Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI/agentic tools in a product management context.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Shape Product Strategy & Vision by partnering with clients to define compelling product visions and roadmaps.
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, balancing innovation and business impact.
• Champion product frameworks and Agile methodologies to accelerate progress.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity and complexity, framing problems and iterating from insights.
• Advocate for the customer using research and market data to maximize satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Coach and uplift product thinking across teams through mentoring.
• Support business development with proposals and thought leadership on AI in product strategy.
• Apply AI/GenAI/agentic capabilities in research, prototyping, and roadmap analysis.
