LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Service Experience workstream, partnering with engineering, design, data, marketing, and ops to ship AI-enabled improvements end to end.

You will set the product strategy, craft roadmaps, and define metrics like Contribution LTV and brand-promise, while moving fast without sacrificing quality. This role offers a fully remote US setup and high visibility across the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Experience swim lane product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI-powered support for customers and Pros with eval systems.
• Define two company-level metrics: Contribution LTV and brand-promise.
• Architect AI-driven service experiences and set shipping standards for trustworthy AI.
• Prototype with LLMs, write eval sets, and read transcripts.
