Job summary

LawnStarter seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Service Experience workstream and shape how AI transforms the post-booking journey for customers and Pros. You will partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and ops to ship high-impact solutions at speed and with rigor.

You will define strategy, prototype with LLMs, and build eval datasets and live systems, operating without direct reports but at the center of leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Manager with experience in AI-enabled service experiences.
• Track record of delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced teams.
• Ability to prototype with LLMs and read transcripts.

Responsibilities

• The Service Experience swim lane's product strategy and roadmap, including marketplace trust after booking and AI-assisted policies.
• AI-powered support for customers and Pros, including eval systems and automated judges.
• Own company-level metrics: Contribution LTV and brand-promise metrics.
• Define the vision and proof of concept for how AI transforms the customer and Pro experience.
• Set the bar for product quality and trustworthy AI, guiding senior PMs.
