Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Service Experience workstream across our AI-enabled platform. You will partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and ops to ship high-impact solutions that improve customer and Pro journeys after booking.

You will lead with data, prototype with LLMs, and define policies and evals to ensure quality at scale. This is a chance to shape how AI transforms our service experience while driving topline metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of extraordinary outcomes in product roles.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled service experiences at scale.
• Ability to influence leadership and stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Experience product strategy and roadmap, including AI-enabled features.
• Define and ship end-to-end service experiences after a customer books, with speed and quality.
• Develop and validate AI-powered support for customers and pros with eval systems and governance.
• Set and defend two company-level metrics: contribution LTV and brand-promise metrics.
