LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Service Experience workstream, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Ops to ship AI-enabled products. The role requires shaping the AI-forward service experience after booking for customers and Pros, with fast delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will be an operator who ships with peers, setting policies, evaluating AI-driven changes, and driving candid judgment calls at the company level.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Experience swim lane product strategy and roadmap, including marketplace trust and AI-assisted policies.
• Lead AI-powered support for customers and Pros with eval systems and automated governance.
• Define two company-level metrics (Contribution LTV and brand-promise) and drive them year over year.
• Develop the vision and proof of concept for how AI transforms the customer and Pro experience, beyond support.
