Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a forward-thinking Lifecycle Marketing lead to own end-to-end customer journeys across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome. You will design AI-first strategies, write compelling copy, build campaigns in Braze, and measure impact across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and win-back.

You’ll partner with brand and product teams to ensure consistent voice across 1,750 templates and scale performance with data-driven tests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lifecycle marketing programs across multiple brands.
• Ability to write copy and build campaigns in Braze.
• Proven track record applying AI to scale marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing across three LawnStarter brands.
• Develop AI-first strategies for segmentation, copy, and campaign execution.
• Write, test, and optimize messages across email, SMS, in-app, and push.
• Partner with brand to apply voice and design standards across 1,750 templates.
• Monitor performance and iterate with data-driven tests to improve ROI.
