Job summary

LawnStarter is actively seeking a lifecycle marketing leader to own end-to-end customer messaging for LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome. You’ll drive growth through acquisition, reactivation, and cross-sell, with AI-driven segmentation, copy, and campaign execution at the core.

You’ll work with a repo-backed workflow, patching Liquid/HTML/JSON outputs, and monitor performance across millions of messages daily.

Qualifications

• AI is central to how you'll do this.
• You'll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome.
• You must be comfortable working against a repo and version control, and able to read and correct the Liquid, HTML, and JSON it produces.
