Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Service Experience workstream and drive AI-powered improvements for customers and Pros. You will partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and ops to ship end-to-end solutions and set policy with an eye toward trust and scale.

You will balance strategy with hands-on prototyping, eval sets, transcripts, and live-system changes, while owning two company-level metrics and impacting overall profitability.

• Own the Service Experience swim lane's product strategy and roadmap.
• AI-powered support for customers and Pros, including eval systems.
• Two company-level numbers: Contribution LTV and brand-promise metrics.
• Define the vision and proof for how AI transforms the customer and Pro experience.
• Set the bar for product quality and trustworthy AI.
