LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Service Experience stream, working with leaders in Ops, Data, Design, and Engineering. You will shape the AI-enabled service path after booking for customers and Pros, driving speed, quality, and scalable solutions with a bias for action.

You will partner closely with engineering and design to prototype with LLMs, write eval sets, and architect live systems. This role demands a track record of amazing outcomes and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Track record of extraordinary outcomes in product roles.
• Deep familiarity with AI-enabled product experiences and evals.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, data, marketing, and ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Experience product strategy and roadmap end to end.
• Lead AI-powered support concepts, eval systems, and data-driven decisions.
• Define and prove the value of AI transforms for customers and Pros.
