Job summary

Digible is seeking a Senior Product Manager to found a brand-new pod at the center of our 2026 strategy—productizing agency operations and customer data to create a cohesive experience for our internal teams and clients.

You'll define the pod's charter, roadmap, and execution, partnering with agency ops leaders to decide what gets solved by people, product, or automation. This is a highly technical PM role with AI transformation focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of AI product experience.
• Technical depth to work on integrations, data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization.
• Proven 0-1 ownership: shipped and adopted an ambiguous product area.
• Cross-functional leadership without authority across ops, eng, and business teams.
• Genuine desire to grow into product management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers, agency operations, and business to see the unifying product.
• Build pod strategy and own roadmap from scratch up to execution.
• Lead foundational platform experiences: integrations, data architecture, workflow productization.
• Partner with agency ops leaders as customers and co-solve with people, product, or automation.
• Deliver end-to-end experiences including internal enablement and change management.
• Measure impact with new metrics and data that may not exist yet.
• Mentor PMs and team, grow toward player/coach leadership.
• Maintain high product taste: problem-first, analytical decisions.
