Job summary

Runpod is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead core product initiatives across its AI infrastructure platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and business performance for a high-impact area, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and more to translate insight into revenue and customer value.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define markets, personas, and success metrics, and to build business cases with ROI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in technical/infrastructure ecosystems.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmap, and business impact.
• Strong customer empathy, analytical rigor, and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-quarter product strategy tied to revenue growth and adoption.
• Define target market, buyer personas, and ICP using research and data.
• Build business cases for major investments with ROI and adoption analyses.
• Develop KPI-driven roadmaps with measurable impact.
• Define and report on key metrics like activation, conversion, and revenue.
• Conduct frequent customer discovery with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver platform capabilities.
• Communicate strategy and progress to executives and stakeholders.
