Job summary

Digible, a Colorado-based digital marketing company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to found a brand-new pod focused on productizing agency operations and customer data. You will shape the pod’s charter from scratch, collaborate with agency ops leaders, and deliver experiences that boost internal efficiency and external attractiveness.

You will own integrations, data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization while guiding AI transformation across product, design, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of AI product experience.
• Technical depth to work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization.
• Proven 0→1 ownership: took an ambiguous, mission-critical product area from nothing to shipped and adopted.
• Cross-functional leadership without authority — align ops, eng, and business teams around one strategy.
• Genuine desire to grow into product management leadership — this seat is our future people-leader bench.

Responsibilities

• Understand our customers, agency operations, and business deeply enough to see the unifying product beneath them — keep time for customer conversations even when the roadmap is loud.
• Build your pod's strategy from the VP-level product vision and strategy, own the roadmap and execution for a brand-new pod from scratch.
• Lead discovery and delivery of foundational platform experiences — integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization.
• Treat agency ops leaders as customers and partners, decide what gets solved by people, product, or automation.
• Ship the full experience, including internal enablement and change management.
• Instrument a brand-new domain so success is measurable from day one.
• Mentor PMs and agency team members, shape team rituals, and grow toward player/coach leadership over time.
• Make the right calls in an ambiguous domain — problem-first, creative yet analytical.
• Stay ahead of AI and product trends — educate the team and stakeholders on what matters.
