Job summary

Runpod, the AI developer cloud, is seeking a Director of Product Management to define and execute the product vision for our AI cloud platform. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for core offerings, including serverless endpoints, GPU instances, AI services, developer APIs, and UX.

Lead a high-performing product and design organization, partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, and GTM leadership, and shape pricing models, go-to-market plans, and a data-driven prioritization process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years leading PMs and designers.
• Deep SaaS/PaaS/IaaS or AI/ML product experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud infra, GPUs, Kubernetes, and AI workflows.
• Able to engage with engineering and infrastructure leaders.
• Remote-first collaboration across distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Background check successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and short-term roadmap.
• Obsess over customer needs with ML engineers and startups.
• Hire and grow a world-class product and design team.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and engineering on feasible roadmaps.
• Define pricing models for compute, storage, and serverless usage.
• Prioritize backlog using analytics and customer feedback.
• Ensure DX with intuitive console, APIs, and SDKs.
