Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Manager for the Agent Transformation Accelerator. You will own the product strategy for a vertical XFN pod, acting as co-CEO with the engineering lead to drive pod outcomes, staffing, and direction.

You will embed with client organizations, map jobs-to-be-done, and prioritize automation priorities for high-value workflows. You will define agent quality rubrics with domain experts, prototype with engineers, and ship weekly demos while tracking adoption and impact

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, including platform or developer-facing products.
Strong technical judgment and ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
Experience prioritizing across competing partner needs at scale.
Analytical rigor and ability to define success metrics for platform health.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for a product area within a vertical XFN pod.
Serve as the co-CEO of the pods alongside the engineering lead.
Embed with XFN client organizations to discover workflows and map jobs-to-be-done.
Define agent quality rubrics in partnership with XFN Champions.
Drive the Discovery > Production lifecycle and ship weekly demos.
Own adoption and impact metrics for the pod across efficiency and capabilities.
