• 6+ years of product management experience in technical/infrastructure/AI platforms.
• Experience serving large user bases or high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-quarter product strategy for a high-impact area of Runpod’s AI infrastructure platform tied to revenue growth and adoption.
• Define target markets, segments, buyer personas, and ideal customer profiles using research and analytics.
• Build business cases for major investments including ROI, risks, and adoption barriers.
• Develop KPI-driven roadmaps with clear customer problems and measurable impact.
• Track metrics like activation, conversion, revenue, retention, and compute utilization.
• Conduct frequent customer discovery and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to enable go-to-market success.
• Communicate strategy and progress clearly to executives and stakeholders.
