Job summary

MGT Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the broker and insured experience, combining AI-driven servicing with a fintech-like design. You will write compelling PRDs, contribute code, and study data to drive end-to-end improvements from concept to post go-live.

You will lead cross-functional work across strategy, data, design, and engineering, delivering self-service improvements that reduce inbound requests and improve conversion for brokers and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Shipped meaningful AI-enabled work with an engineering tool and can show commits.
• 5+ years at a scale-driven firm, ideally InsureTech, FinTech, or consulting.
• You build and ship; team collaboration is a must.

Responsibilities

• Own the broker and insured experience end-to-end, including self-service design.
• Write compelling PRDs and execute, contributing code and data analyses.
• Measure outcomes from concept through post go-live and iterate.
• Drive servicing deflection with education and strong design.
