Job summary

MGT Insurance is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead AI-native implementations for partners, working with Insurance, Ops, and Data teams. You will turn partner workflows into platform features and own outcomes from concept to post go-live.

We value PMs who execute end-to-end, write compelling PRDs, and directly contribute code and analytics. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Shipped meaningful AI-enabled work with an AI engineering tool (Claude Code, Codex, Devin).
• Ability to show public GitHub with prior work.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partner implementations in a cross-functional pod.
• Own product decisions and gap analysis between platform and partner workflow.
• Configure and build implementations in code and AI tooling.
• Write reusable playbooks from each implementation.
• Productize recurring customizations into platform features.
