Qualifications

• 3+ years in insurance industry or carrier-focused software.
• Experience with SaaS products in regulated environments.
• Track record shipping AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product function and decisioning on what to build first and in what order.
• Define and launch AI-native capabilities that move agent production.
• Partner with engineering and QA as a peer to drive outcomes.
• Set product metrics and own the company scorecard impact.
• Lead onboarding and coaching for agents to accelerate productivity.
