Job summary

MGT Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vendor data platform and AI-driven underwriting enhancements. You will own vendor stack, hit rate, quality, telemetry, and end‑to‑end execution from concept through live deployment.

This role merges product, data, design, and engineering in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and requires building tooling in Python/TypeScript and delivering measurable improvements in underwriting speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Shipped meaningful AI engineering work with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Devin and can show commits.

Responsibilities

• Own the vendor data and AI web search ecosystems end-to-end.
• Instrument and monitor hit rate, quality, latency, and cost metrics across pipelines.
• Evaluate AI search/extraction approaches and defend technology choices with data.
• Define an enrichment roadmap and sequence builds for impact on loss ratio and underwriting speed.
