You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to accelerate AI-enabled growth, optimize coverage packaging, and ensure strong underwriting quality while driving revenue growth and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management shipping customer-facing products with revenue.
• User obsession with ruthless prioritization focused on impact.
• Executive communication to VP and C-suite clearly.
• Direct experience with distribution channels or GTM teams.
• Experience building software for complex regulated products.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate workflows without compromising quality.
• Challenging the status quo by focusing on core problems.
• Comfort working with data and data science partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap with explicit long- and short-term trade-offs.
• Ship a bundled Business Owner’s Policy product in a single flow.
• Own go-to-market with Direct, Agent, and Partnership channels.
• Package and merchandise products for small business owners and agents.
• Build a great user experience that improves conversion and underwriting.
• Run product strategy planning and monthly leadership updates.
• Learn insurance fundamentals and stay fluent on coverage and filings.
