Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Product Manager for Forward Deployed Engineering to guide a customer‑facing, on‑site engineering team. You will own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for field‑deployed solutions, partnering with executives to scale reusable patterns while addressing complex enterprise constraints.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, prototype rapidly, and drive alignment between customer needs and Epicor’s core platform, with travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined product management and engineering experience launching and scaling software.
• Hands-on background building software with rapid prototyping.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Direct customer-facing experience managing execs and stakeholders.
• Experience integrating software in enterprise environments with APIs, data pipelines, authentication/SSO, and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering team with strong customer engagement and delivery standards.
• Own the product and roadmap, shaping multi-year strategy and reusable features.
• Define the operating model for engagements, including staffing and deployment.
• Stay hands-on evaluating architecture and prototyping to maintain momentum.
• Lead customer discovery and translate needs into development priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and field teams.
• Drive go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and ROI models based on customer value.
