Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Forward Deployed Engineering to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes of field deployments. You will lead an embedded team on-site with customers, defining operating models and scaling breakthroughs into reusable patterns for Epicor's core platform.

You will collaborate with executives, partner with product marketing and sales, and drive architecture reviews while prototyping when speed matters.

Qualifications

5+ years of combined product management and engineering experience launching and scaling software products.
Hands-on technical background with rapid prototyping in modern languages.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and managing executive stakeholders.
Experience integrating software in enterprise environments including APIs, data pipelines, authentication/SSO, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering team, setting high standards for engagement and delivery.
Own the product and roadmap for field-developed capabilities and reusable features.
Define the operating model for engagement and deployment across accounts.
Stay hands-on, evaluating architecture and prototyping when speed is required.
Lead customer discovery sessions with strategic accounts to uncover high-value problems.
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and field teams.
Develop pricing, packaging, and ROI models grounded in customer value.
