Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Agreement Data Platform, the data spine of our payroll engine. You will define the data model, rules, and interfaces that underpin payroll calculations, reporting, and compliance across teams.

You will work with engineering on migrations, data services, and self-serve configurations, enabling operators to configure agreements end-to-end. Expect a high-surface-area role with a strong technical focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment.
• Experience owning platform, infrastructure, or data-platform products.
• Domain expertise in payroll, fintech, or entertainment with complex compliance or regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and vision for the Agreement Data Platform.
• Partner with engineering to migrate from legacy models and build scalable data contracts.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insight to prioritize impact.
• Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and traceability across the product.
