Job summary

Remote is seeking a senior Product Manager to own complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based) for a global HR/payroll platform. You will drive the roadmap for benefits infrastructure, partner integrations, and data integrity across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers.

• Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based).
• Ability to ingest and unify diverse partner ecosystems without locking customers into fixed partners.
• Hands-on coding aptitude to prototype and validate integration concepts.
• System- and human-centered design mindset focusing on APIs and tooling, not only dashboards.
• Strong judgment to balance strategic priorities with tight delivery timelines.
• Exceptional asynchronous written communication across multiple functions.
• Bonus: experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships in HR/payroll domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy: near-term integrations and long-term unification.
• Lead cross-functional integration delivery from design through go-live across countries and partners.
• Break strategy into a clear roadmap for engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Drive data integrity, testing, and go-live readiness for migrations and migrations.
• Enable sales and implementation on benefits processing and AI-assisted workflows.
