Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to own the Agreement Data Platform, the spine of the payroll engine. You’ll lead the data model, rules, and admin tooling that govern agreements, signatories, wage tables, and pay rules.

You’ll collaborate with a tenured engineering team and influence cross-functional payroll processes. You’ll drive data accuracy, configurability, and governability at scale, enabling faster, compliant payroll decisions across administrations and productions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in SaaS/fintech or complex tech environments, with platform/data focus.
• Strong data-model and API thinking; ability to reason with engineering on data boundaries.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes and launches.
• Active daily user of AI tools to accelerate PM work and decisions.
• Excellent written communication with clear data contracts for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and vision for the Agreement Data Platform aligning with customer needs.
• Define entities, attributes, and relationships; determine universal vs. domain-specific terms.
• Invest in admin tools and self-service primitives to reduce engineering tickets.
• Define clear contracts and surface model changes for downstream teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on migrations and data-layer initiatives.
• Partner with upstream/downstream teams to keep dependencies predictable.
• Set success metrics and use data-driven insights to prioritize impact.
• Advocate for accuracy, compliance, and traceability in data governance.
• Lead end-to-end execution from discovery to launch with predictable delivery.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate workflows and prototyping.
