Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Union Paymaster I to join our remote US team. You will process and review complex union payrolls accurately, within SLA timelines, applying bargaining agreements and union rules.

You will mentor peers, improve documentation, identify process gaps, and collaborate with Labor Relations, Payroll Ops, Product/Engineering to strengthen the payroll operating model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-union environment.
• Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements and union rules.
• Strong attention to detail and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and review complex union payrolls accurately within SLA timelines.
• Interpret and apply union contracts, side letters, and working conditions across productions.
• Mentor peers and improve payroll documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations, Payroll Ops, and Product/Engineering to resolve issues.
