Job summary

Amazon's AWS Specialist Technology Team (STT) seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management - Tech to lead a high-impact PM function across internal AI-powered tools and 20+ customer-facing products, ensuring cohesive vision and measurable impact for AWS field teams and customers.

You will partner with engineering, science, design, GTM, and field leadership to align strategy, drive trade-offs, and represent the portfolio in executive reviews, building a world-class PM organization.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive a cohesive product vision and multi-year strategy across the portfolio; shape roadmaps and prioritization.
• Build and develop a high-performing PM team; hire, coach, set ambitious goals, focus on customer obsession.
• Guide product direction across internal AI-powered tools and customer-facing products.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment with engineering, science, design, GTM, and field leadership.
• Establish outcome-based metrics and accountability to measure adoption, productivity, and customer impact.
• Represent the portfolio to senior leadership in Director/VP reviews.
