Job summary

AWS Specialist Technology Team (STT) seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management - Tech to lead the STT PM function. Your team owns a diverse portfolio of internal AI-powered tools and 20+ customer-facing products, shaping roadmaps, guiding tradeoffs, and ensuring measurable impact for AWS field teams and customers.

You will set a cohesive vision, hire and coach PMs, and partner with engineering, design, GTM, and field leadership to drive alignment while presenting progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of successful technology products work from ideation through launch.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive a cohesive product vision and multi-year strategy across the portfolio while staying hands-on at the individual product level—shape roadmaps and prioritize proposals.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing PM team with coaching and ambitious goals.
• Guide product direction across AI-powered internal tools and customer-facing products with coherent architectures.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment with engineering, design, GTM, and field leadership.
• Establish metrics and accountability across the portfolio for adoption, productivity, and customer outcomes.
• Represent the portfolio to senior leadership in Director and VP reviews.
