Amazon.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech to accelerate AI innovation across internal workflows and lead the adoption of first-party AI products. The role will own enterprise products through development and scale while aligning with business priorities and customer needs.

You will drive go-to-market plans, create collateral, measure KPIs, and partner with engineering to shape product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own evangelization, measurement, and go-to-market plans for internal AI agents.
• Drive adoption of 1P AI products across internal teams.
• Create marketing materials communicating value of 1P AI products.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and build AI agents accordingly.
• Define, track, and report KPIs to measure product success.
• Identify complementary use cases across Amazon.
• Train internal teams on AI tools and best practices.
