Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics technology or related field.
• Experience supporting complex capital equipment in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electronics, optics, and mechanical subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites worldwide ensuring on-time delivery.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve installation issues with root-cause analysis.
• Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of complex capital equipment.
• Collaborate with regional teams, engineering, and customers to verify performance and handover ownership.
• Provide clear status updates and complete installation documentation on time.
• Obtain warranty sign-off after successful installation.
