Qualifications
- 7+ years in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
- Experience linking product strategy with field execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication for client and broker discussions.
- Ability to translate product direction into sales messaging.
Responsibilities
- Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and upsell.
- Partner with regional sales and account teams to target accounts.
- Develop product-specific growth plans and sales strategies.
- Support pipeline development and deal progression in client discussions.
- Equip sales teams with value propositions, messaging, and materials.
- Deliver product education sessions and market-facing presentations.
